12 Strings and a Bow!
Classical musicians Raphael Wallfisch & Redmond O’ Toole perform at Kings Place, London
On a cold Sunday morning when most sensible people were tucked up in bed, WDF Promos were filming cellist Raphael Wallfisch playing on stage with guitarist Redmond O’Toole at the impressive venue of Kings Place, near Kings Cross, London.
Raphael has worked closely with many of Britain’s leading composers. With work being written for him by Sir Peter Maxwell Davies, Paul Patterson and Adrian Williams. He is also regularly invited to play at prestigious festivals in the likes of Edinburgh, Oslo and Schleswig Holstein; and the BBC Proms.
Redmond is known for using an 8-string ‘Brahms guitar’ in the cello position. He was the first to adapt to the Brahms guitar and its unique playing position, which was first invented by musician Paul Galbraith in the 1980’s. Redmond has gone on to play internationally and to great acclaim with his innovative use of the guitar.
This is WDF Promos fifth collaboration with Redmond, previous music videos have been shown on Classic FM TV and other outlets throughout Europe. Redmond and Raphael were filmed using the Sony EX1 and the Canon EOS 7D High Definition video cameras.
Amidst four fantastic performances, the duo give an insightful interview into their unique collaboration and playing techniques. This will be the first official promotional video to feature them both playing together on stage.

‘Acknowledge Me’ Music Promo Shoot
WDF Promos were asked to Produce a Music Promo for emerging Hip-Hop artist Xander’s debut single ‘Acknowledge Me’. The Promo was shot on Hi-Definition over one day at the exclusive Jalouse Night Club in Mayfair, London. Below are a selection of stills from the shoot.
